Read-only discovery by default. Action permissions are separate, scoped, and optional. Production changes stay yours to approve, and there are no long-lived AWS access keys.
Evidence by design
Every governed action produces a traceable record, and value is tracked separately as estimated, approved, realized, and verified — not a single headline savings number.
AWS-first, by design
CoreFinOps is built AWS-first, with an architecture designed for future multi-cloud expansion. It connects to your AWS organization through STS AssumeRole with an external ID — reading cost and inventory data without agents or root credentials.
The control plane is serverless, so it scales with your estate instead of your infrastructure bill. Discovery is read-only by default; the ability to take action is a separate, tightly scoped role you opt into.
